I was hired for a supervisor position. The person I was supposed to replace, decided not to retire for a few more years. I became a back up supervisor and handled training new employees on various machines or positions for over half of the plant.

Large rough and finish sanders, planers, horizontal bandsaws, CNC rip saw, routers, chop saws, Enough training to run production on moulders, fork lift operator, unload and load returns from lumber trucks, and 3 months of shipping and receiving while the usual person was out for a knee replacement.
