We had two grows deep water culture at the retail and soil at the farm. Defoliated plants at both locations hand waters soil location. Learned how to operate water pumps and to drain and refill 6 tables weekly learned about hydro nutrients as they are a bit different from soil. I got hired so my boss and his wife could take vacation. I ran it solo for 10 days at the end of November

We used trim by hand I got to where I could consistently due a pound in 4 hours before my time was done I became the hanger we had 8 flower rooms and harvested every week between 10 and 15 pounds. I was also responsible for sanitation of the rooms after the drying was done

In the veg room was responsible for 3000 plants in veg cycle and clone room as well cutting clones from mother plants. Had to pay attention to measurements of nutriants make sure plants were waterd and defoliated the mothers when necessary.

Started as prepackaged bags up until we began deli style bud sales. I was also the first in th company to work Deli. I weighed over 500 ponds of canibus into grams eighth quarters and ounces. We started doing prerolls and stopped doing prepackaged bags. I used to the work knock box I trained people on it. Im guessing in my time there I easily rolled 3 or 4oo, too joints.
