Qualified and experienced as inspection of all project material including mechanical packages(Valves, Pump, Equipment’s used in Topside, Inspection of welding for both structural and piping, piping fabrication, Carrying out the Material inspection for offshore structure, Piping bulk and all piping accessory items, all types of pipe fittings, valves and pump, Static and rotating equipment’s, all structural steel shapes rolled tubular, Good working skill in SAP HANA (Material Management Modules). Inspection of structural items, piping spool, pipe fittings at vendor place and subcontractor worksite as per ITP, company procedure, latest international standard, and codes . Review of IRN and packing list, Delivery note, Material test certificates and other applicable additional test report as per Vendor ITP and inspection assignment package. Coordinating with vendor/manufacturer to get required documents and engineering documents for carrying out the inspection. Inspect the materials according to PO requirements, international codes and standards, company approved procedure and verify the physical condition at receipt stage of project. Make inward inspection Report with accurate quantity, item sap code, heat number, actual material grade as per purchase order requirement. Carried out preservation check on regular interval at site for both project item and old stocks and maintained preservation tracking sheet. To ensure all Inspection completed packages shall be moved to inspection completed area and to be separated based on inspection status. Inspect the package condition and record if any damage found at material receipt stage and same updated in SAP. Prepared nonconformance report (INCR), Rejection note, Equipment deficiency report, Material discrepancy report (MDR). Issuing Material request form by SAP to the production and maintained records.
