I am a highly experienced employee with a strong drive and work ethic, I am trust worthy, I am always willing to help and learn, I am willing to learn new jobs and tasks to help benefit fellow employees and my great company that I work for, I am thorough in what I do and try not to make mistakes but when I do I learn from those mistakes, and I strive to be great, I want to be nothing but the best for this company so we strive as a whole for many years to come.
As an Engineering Aid one, I have gained so much knowledge in different aspects of Engineering, I create all of the Line Construction Contracts, I create Easements for both Coos Curry Electric and Beacon Broadband, I do easements and land research, I map tree trimming Right Of Ways, I map easements, and I do normal every day GIS mapping for our Line construction contracts.
Within the last 3 years I have taken on other tasks like creating Excel spreadsheets to help track Beacon Conduit, LCC's created year over year, and assisted the staking engineer with spreadsheets he has needed. I have shown interest in moving up to become a Staking Engineer and have shadowed the Staker and I have helped come up with ideas for line extensions and also secondary service designs. I still have a lot to learn in Engineering but I have consistently grown and tried to gain as much Knowledge as I can and I feel my position as Engineering Aide 1 has been beneficial because I get to deal with Work Orders, I know that it is best to tell the full story of a Job on Work orders and I have had the opportunity to fill in while the Staker is out of the office and help members, create and Close out Service Orders, do ditch inspections, and do meter base inspections when the meter base has been green tagged. The Engineering Aide 1 position is fun always busy, and opens the doors for future possibilities.
As a Member Service Representative I am on the front lines and the face of Coos Curry Electric, I pride myself on having the best customer service and consume as much knowledge as I can. My responsibilities are but not limited to: helping members with their electric needs, starting new services and ending services for members, updating member information, handling phone calls, running cut offs, making courtesy calls, taking payments, researching answers for members questions, and research into issues the member may have and if I can't find the answer I either ask someone who does or refer them to the proper person, work on any little jobs the Coos Curry sends my way, traveling to other offices to cover for other MSR's, andI I have also spent a little bit of time with the Staking Engineer in Gold Beach and have starting learning about our lines and maps.
My responsibilities were but not limited:
