Tracking inspection ports. Obtaining work permits daily to install ports on insulation. Organizing insulation crew on daily work to be performed. Reporting progress daily. Read iso's.

Tracked insulation and blanket installed progress. Logged progress daily on Excel. Read iso's, P&ID's and Thermon drawings for electrical tracing. Put scaffold request in, walked new released work, identified obstructions and reported. Inspected insulation and signed off insulation work completed to approved specs. Submitted ITRs for completed work.

Cut pipes out using metabo, beveled pipes, set pipes into place using chainfalls and come along. installed and removed blinds.

Read iso's, walked unfinished work scope, identified obstructions and unfinished work, put together spread sheet for missing insulation footage. Estimated man hrs for unfinished work.

Installed blinds, cut and demo pipe using band saw and german saw. Set up pipes for hydro testing.

Beveled pipes for welds inside vessels, grinded welds, set up weld equipment for welders. Used chainfalls and cumalong to rig pipes into place.

Read ISO's and located piping, recorded work progress and reported back to Project Manager daily, made sure insulation work was done properly. Called for QC inspections to sell work after completion. Organized QC signatures to submit ITR's.

Called and signaled crane, to lift pipe, beams and skid pans onto structures. Used chainfalls. Set up crane Jib.

Tracked hot and cold work progress. Gave new work out. Reported progress daily.

Read iso's and tracked insulation progress. Reported insulation progress to office daily . Called for QC inspections to sell after completion.
