Summary

I have been working in technical manufacturing/ production environments for 30+ years with a strong background in team leadership, customer service, project management, machine assembly, machine and facility maintenance, welding and fabrication to highlight a few of my skills. During this time I have worked with and have been mentored by many talented people. In turn I share my experiences and knowledge freely like others have done for me. In the spirit of sharing experiences, I have been successful in training skilled and unskilled personnel in various manufacturing processes and field service activities. I possess a variety of qualifying skills and abilities compatible with positions throughout the manufacturing industry. Excellent knowledge base in reading blueprints, schematics, precision measuring devices, and various types of testing equipment. Demonstrated competence in compliance, project standards, applicable codes, safety, and quality standards. Proven record of success achieved through diligence, hard work, attention to detail, and my beliefs in a consistent application of trade skills. Along with a sincere desire to contribute to the continued growth and successes of the companies I have worked with and for. I have personally heightened employee loyalties, built supportive peer relationships and have improved retention of staff members strategically in a team environment. I have an excellent track record in making decisions with a high degree of complexity for developing new products and or to enrich existing product performance. My aptitude for mechanical reasoning has been reflected in the quality of my work and timely efficiencies.
