Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and inventory levels for all products within the perpetual inventory, including bin configuration, labels, and hardware functionality.

• Manages and monitors the movement of supplies within the consigned inventory space.

• Coordinated with the supplier to ensure that materials met quality standards and delivery schedules

• Participates in daily huddles with managers to understand upcoming supply and demand.

• Reviews and analyzes supply availability within core inventory and identifies and resolves gaps in inventory availability

• Tracks and records movement of inventory.

• Orders supplies through the SAP system
• Replenishes storeroom on a daily basis from the MRP ordering
• Perform daily cycle counting to assure no loss of supplies
• Investigate supply discrepancies from MRP orders in the SAP system
• Maintain and organize inventory in the storeroom to assure that we have an excellent Inventory twice a year
• Oversee the shipping and receiving of materials from the CSC and outside sourcing
• Check for expired items on a daily basis
