From 09 to 2014 helped on house hold deliveries, loads and packs & loads. I had experience with handling the paperwork and interacting with the customer making sure that the move was excellent. After 2015 I started to oversee the warehouse and learning our scheduling program called mover suite. Learning program helped me understand the process of the scheduling of trucks and crews that are being utilized on the different jobs. I also learn our locating system to locate shipment in microsoft excel. It helped me to store shipments and locate them. In 2017 I became the warehouse supervisor. I also manage the crews when shipments are coming in or being released depending on the job size and or if there is multiple jobs in one day. Everyday I use mover suite to look ahead days and weeks in advance to insure the jobs are completed in a timely manner. Safety is also a must and in doing so I make sure the work environment is clean and that we are using up to par equipment.
