  • Opened new cocktail bar and indoor golf concept from day 1 with owners of the establishment. Designed, created, and served quality craft beverages with exceptional service. Individually crafted and launched several drink menus to follow company’s mission statement of showcasing local products and creating sustainable cocktails. Learned the sport of golf to understand the facilities’ services better and work as a more knowledgeable staff member to create a more personable and enjoyable experience for all visitors to the space. Trained new employees of multiple locations on operations. Created and managed company inventory and sales program for the company.
