Summary

I am seeking an architectural project management opportunity commensurate with my architectural degree and work experience. I am currently self-employed working with a national inspections company as a regional contractor and local Architect. Working in both medium and small sized KS architecture firms, my responsibilities included work on a variety of project types like retail, commercial, restaurant, and mixed-use that used multiple construction types. Work included: scheduling, budgeting, interfacing with clientele, managing design teams, and entitlement process for approval. I reviewed documents for final coordination to submit for permitting, performed value engineering, fulfilled CA duties, and trained in-coming and newer staff.
