I currently serve in the Kansas City South Building Management Office within the Public Buildings Services Property Management Division. The KC South Field Office oversees property management services for approximately 4.9 million square feet of leased and 980,000 square feet of federally owned multi-tenant commercial property throughout west, central and southern Missouri.
I provide construction management services to multiple Government tenant agencies and the General Services Administration. I am responsible for the administration and management of assigned projects. This includes construction activities such as project planning, developing the scope of work, project estimates, contract evaluation, and technical contract administration for repair and alterations projects in leased and federally owned commercial buildings. I have successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing tasks according to urgency, resource availability, and alignment with organizational goals. Maintenance Mechanic -

Primary duties were to independently perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance tasks associated with the upkeep and operation of commercial buildings, mail processing and building equipment. Coordinate neighborhood growth between community developers and the Postal Service. Assist with installing neighborhood cluster boxes and change customer locks. Oversee custodians and assist contract repair service personnel with problems related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, environmental, security systems and grounds maintenance. Inventory and prepare written requests for supplies. Read and comprehend technical drawings such as schematics, flow charts and blueprints.
From June 2002 to October 2006 I was detailed to a customer service supervisor position. I supervised a carrier annex with approximately fifty five to sixty employees to insure mail was properly sorted and delivered according to Postal regulations and guidelines. Used computer software programs to gather and analyze information for production reports, track fleet vehicle information and repairs, resolve customer complaints, track customer shipments, correct time keeping errors, develop employee schedules. Communicate with building managers and Postmasters through e-mails and in person to resolve
problems with mail processing and employee issues. Gave briefings to large groups of employees on safety and procedural changes.

From February 1995 to June 2002 I worked as a Mailhandler loading trucks and sorting mail in the bulk mail center in Kansas City Kansas.
