Salesforce Program Management:

• Spearheaded Salesforce Data Cloud integration aligning UX, data architecture and Agile ceremonies to deliver a centralized customer data platform.

Robotic Processing Automation:

Commercial Lines: Guidewire:

• Led backlog prioritization, project initiation and requirement gathering/refinement and execution of development/release for Commercial Lines products serviced in Guidewire. Creation of new business owner coverages has resulted in more than $500k in additional revenue in 2025.

• Spearheaded a cross-selling program to increase revenue through combining customer needs, business process, and data science to deliver over $23mil in additional premium in the first year of the program.
• Directed a continuous improvement program for sales and service.
• Oversaw a team of project managers and the project management processes, ensuring the timely delivery of services and solutions.
• Analyzed performance metrics to identify areas for operational improvement and efficiency gains.

• Led a cross-functional team to conduct a strategic operational review for the policy administration role, eliminating over 20 redundant processes to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs by 30%.
• Developed and managed project plans, ensuring the timely delivery of key milestones and objectives.
• Delivered Lean Principal training to all corporate staff.
