As Managing Director, I oversee all aspects and requirements of the facility manager. I work directly with Customers, Vendors and employees. Other responsibilities are to setup, train and monitor employees. Use all QA/QC measuring equipment and gauges. Stay on top of daily work progress. Keep track of payroll for employees and repair machines as needed. Oversee operations, driving improvements in productivity and quality.

Program, Setup and cut manufacturing parts using Doosan CNC lathes. Inspect all parts using calibrated inspection equipment. Train employees as needed. Insure that all parts are being ran efficiently and correct.

Directly operate all aspects of this API Manufacturing machine shop. Oversee all departments and made management decisions as needed. Worked directly with customers on quotes and products. Review monthly reports on profitability.

As R&D Manager, I was responsible for the development of several casing connections. I was responsible for running manual lathes and mills to make modifications to existing tools to make them better. Responsible for testing Jars, anchors, whipstocks etc for Knight Oil Tools Fishing division.

I was responsible for the daily activities at the Lafayette location. I traveled, set up and hired personnel for the Williston ND, Rock Springs Wy and the Odessa Tx machine shop locations. I was directly involved with getting a successful approval by Grant Prideco to cut XT and HT licensed connections. I was also involved in the daily manufacturing and repair of all Oilfield tools. Here I used all calibrated inspection equipment to inspect Mill work and Lathe work.
