After conducting research and development study related to the implementation of “lean Six Sigma” methodologies to our manufacturing facility. Witch culminated into a complete in house shop renovation that included implementation of:

•A HEPA filtration independent exhaust system into a newly built fully contained reconfigured welding department.

•An independent sound proof room material assembly department.

•A complete Rearrangement of existing equipment, replacement of antiquated equipment and the installation of new equipment including a fully automated coil line in a 30,000 Square foot fabrication facility. This also included New LED lighting, Gas infrared tube heaters, and renovation of our outdoor staging and storage area.

I am a third generation union sheet metal worker with over 100 years of combined history and experience. I was taught the business from the greatest generation of men that poured into me a wealth of knowledge and Experience that I possess to this day and continue to share with everyone working with me. I started at Ample Sheet Metal in the late 1980s. I served my apprenticeship and graduated top of my class. After graduating. I started running smaller projects and gradually over the years moved to larger and larger projects and then the largest work in the company throughout Maryland, Virginia and Delaware. And then began the second phase of my career over fifteenth years ago, transitioning into the office and learning the other side of the business with graduating positions as senior estimator, senior project manager, culminating in a position as Vice President with full autonomy.
