Other responsibilities include setting up and monitoring most vendor accounts, purchasing, and tracking all invoices for the maintenance of the facilities.

Assisted the general contractor in obtaining the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy and with an in house crew, completed and achieved the Certificate of Occupancy.
Worked directly with the Los Angeles County and City Fire Departments to complete all of the outstanding Fire Life Safety issues.
Personally responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and completing 1.5 million dollars worth of construction residual items that were not completed under the original contractor.
