  • Assisted the general contractor in obtaining the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy and with an in house crew, completed and achieved the Certificate of Occupancy.
  • Worked directly with the Los Angeles County and City Fire Departments to complete all of the outstanding Fire Life Safety issues.
  • Personally responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and completing 1.5 million dollars worth of construction residual items that were not completed under the original contractor.
