• Daily tasks including well control inspection, preventive maintenance of equipment including accumulator, HPU/ hydraulic systems, pneumatics/ compressors, generators, VFD, HVAC, catwalk/pipe delivery system, pressure control equipment, top drive, draw works, walking systems, pipe yard, forklift operation, manlift operation, daily paperwork, and daily log of equipment performance
• Also responsible for mentoring and training/ cross training new hires.

• Ran rig floor operations on apex walking rig 817
• Daily tasks including ST80 operations, pulling/setting slips, making pipe connections, standpipe valve alignment, bottom hole assembly, tripping in and out of pipe, maintenance of equipment, housekeeping.

• Assisted in daily operation of flex-rig 443, including tripping in/out of heavy and drill pipe, nipple up/nipple down, bottom hull assembly, drilling, rig movement and skidding.

• Assisted in rigging for various types of cranes including rail cranes, groves, gantry, overhead crane, and transporters.

• Assisted in assembly of rebar, installation of concrete structural parts, post pour instillation.

Performed duties as derrickhand for Chevron Apex walking rig 817. Daily tasks included supervision, training and instruction of floorhands and motorhand. Tasks also included mixing mud and chemicals, Ph testing and weighing of primary well control fluid/mud, ensuring proper valve alignment for well fluid/mud, maintenance of Mud pumps, responsible for tubular handling from derrick board during tripping and drilling operations.
