- Able to keep long lines moving at a rapid pace.
- Ensure safety of others if suspicious activity was brought to my attention.
- Effectively brought distressed customers out of attractions due to distress while trying to keep them as calm as possible.
- Enforce rules in the mazes for protection and safety for the customers and more importantly for the scare actors.
- Use radio to call for help for those who could possibly be in danger.
- Communicate with customers where to go throughout mazes.
- Provide suggestions and information about the event to customers.
