Summary

As a newly certified Physician Assistant, I bring a strong foundation in surgical and critical care developed through rigorous PA school training and prior service as an ICU technician in the United States Air Force. My military healthcare experience has instilled in me a deep sense of discipline, adaptability, and commitment to excellence in high-acuity settings. I am now seeking to transition into cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, where I can continue to build on my clinical skills and contribute meaningfully to a collaborative, patient-centered surgical team.

Acute Clinical Outcomes in STEMI Patients Treated with Cangrelor and a Subsequent Oral P2Y12 Receptor Inhibitor: A Systematic Review - September 2024

Poster presentation at the Tennessee Academy of Physician Assistants Fall Fest in Gatlinburg, TN. This study aimed to explore the advantages and disadvantages of administering cangrelor, either concomitantly or through bridge therapy with an orally administered P2Y12 receptor inhibitor, in patients presenting with a STEMI. Researchers used adverse bleeding events and major adverse cardiovascular events to evaluate the effects of cangrelor in this patient population.
