Directed team for Capital Projects totaling over 500M for 1000 mega watt Merom Generating Station coal fired plant.
Capital Projects included but not limited to: Waste Water treatment, Flyash Precipitator upgrade, Flue Gas Desulfurization projects, Boiler tube replacement and Turbine Generator overhauls.
Managed Capital budgets for annual outages at two Hoosier Energy Power Plants for minimum of 4 outages per year.
Responsible for developing outage scope of work including timeline and budget and inventory/parts ordering for scope of work.
Responsible for oversight of outage work verifying completion of work, quality control and commissioning of equipment.
