  • Responsibilities of Facility Manager position. Promoted to Senior Manager of Facilities due to increased responsibilities including the following:
  • Responsible for Joint Operating Agreement between Hoosier Energy and Hallador Power.
  • Increased Physical Security responsibilities due to increased Federal Guideline standards.
  • Increased leadership involvement in North American Transmission Forum.

  • Responsible for up to 300 individual locations from Corporate offices to Operation Centers & Crew Sites. Covering a geographic area of 59 counties in Southern Indiana and Eastern Illinois.
  • Responsible in supporting over 250 employees enabling them to have comfortable, efficient & organized work locations to be highly productive.
  • Responsible for Physical Security at all locations including cameras, card readers and access controls, employee ID badges, up to and including Armed Security at Corporate and Operation locations assuring compliance with Federal security standards for Electric Utility Industry.
  • Responsible for annual Operations and Maintenance budgets of 2.5M and 10 year Capital Budget work plan.
  • Established performance goals for staff including coaching, personal development and corporate initiatives and provide feedback on methods for reaching those milestones.
  • Work closely with Hoosier Energy Executive Staff and Board of Directors and 18 Member CEO Directors for all internal and external events.

Construction Management Coordinator

Directed team for Capital Projects totaling over 500M for 1000 mega watt Merom Generating Station coal fired plant.


Capital Projects included but not limited to: Waste Water treatment, Flyash Precipitator upgrade, Flue Gas Desulfurization projects, Boiler tube replacement and Turbine Generator overhauls.


Outage Management Coordinator

Managed Capital budgets for annual outages at two Hoosier Energy Power Plants for minimum of 4 outages per year.

Responsible for developing outage scope of work including timeline and budget and inventory/parts ordering for scope of work.

Responsible for oversight of outage work verifying completion of work, quality control and commissioning of equipment.
