• Responsibilities include but are not limited to all stages of installation commissioning, programming, and end-user training of Nurse Call and AV system. This position involves extensive customer interaction.
• Complete Scope of Work for assigned projects which may include some combination of the following:

Review and comprehend assigned Scope of Work for each project assigned

Verification of equipment for project

Work as a liaison between the Customer and Project Manager

Fulfill all job completion tasks as required

• Maintain timesheet and daily activity log
• Assist in field training of entry level technicians as needed
• Troubleshoot and provide necessary technical support as needed for both Customer and other technicians
• Communicate closely with Project Manager to provide status updates, collaborate and resolve issues
• Handle warranty issues on new installs

• Operated register to process payments and collect cash payment for order totals.
