Summary

Been in customer service/sales in all facets since I entered the work force @ age 16. Previous to sales I worked at several restaurants, two golf courses and was in the Casino industry for about 10 years as a Table Games Dealer. In all tip/commission/ or incentive laden jobs I was also a top earner/producer. My politeness/enthusiasm, knowledge, and strong work ethic I believe stood out most. Proven while at every single job at some point, usually quickly, I was valuable and very capable. Seen almost every scenario and found ways to problem solve the situation. From first contact to managing my accounts, closing deals and everything in between. Done it, been successful, then helped mentor others. Most importantly the constant referrals that I receive are a testament to what I believe in works. This is a very positive reflection of both myself and the company I represent.

Took process from first contact to installation then referrals and help beyond system being turned on.

This was an inside sales job although the vast majority of time was spent working outside on the huge lot. Had to learn a very large inventory and inventive ways to package deals to keep up with ads. Attended weekly/ monthly meetings locally and at the corporate office. Did any and all things that were asked of me including helping on a Christmas tree lot. Very physical labor was required as well as conditioning my body for the days weather. Gaining colleagues respect and the customers trust took a lot of hard work and constant studying. Welcomed walk-up traffic, made phone calls and followed up with customers. Guiding the customers from what they wanted and would work best for them to the planted or after pics was the most gratifying part. I was a big team player and went above and beyond what was expected of me daily.

Outside Sales job. Attending meetings and constant training. Went out on daily preset appointments. Did all measurements and inspections then a sales presentation and passed a price. This was a one call close job but was given a little bit extra time to follow up because of my productivity. So much was gained at this job including taking the sales process from A-Z. Inspection to qualifying the customer for financing and getting the install on the immediate calender. Worked in tandem with other reps also trained a number of reps once I was proven. Again consummate team player.

Additional Information

Believe in a sports minded approach to selling and teamwork. Common ground and relatability are of huge importance in the initial contact. Customers/consumers make a snap decision to trust often times, so treating them with the upmost respect is invaluable. Simply put, treating others the way I would like to be treated is always my approach!

Played multiple sports, coached multiple sports, have earned the respect of my peers repeatedly. I trust myself to always make the right decision.
