- On site representative for Podimetrics at Celestica, the CM, producing the Podimetrics SmartMat, a class one medical device.
- Support the production cell on a daily basis, working with Celestica on site engineers, production, shipping, quality, purchasing and operations teams, as well as with the Podimetrics teams based in Massachusetts.
- Perform final inspection and receipt of the SmartMat into finished goods inventory based on sampling plans. Working with all teams involved when units were rejected for any reason, following proper manufacturing and quality procedures.
- Manage on site finished goods inventory, conducting regular audits and coordinating with on site shipping team executing shipments, always with a FIFO method.
- Participate in planning, collaborating and presenting QBR’s to the Celestica and Podimerics teams

Implemented a new system for order recheck at the shipping stations, reducing the amount of time spent shipping by 1.5 hours each day at both ship stations.
