Overall I am always smiling Im a strong confident person I gone thru many things but I manage to always keep my head high. Im always ready to work to in any duty or tasked im required to do.   • My responsibilities were in different areas of the theater whether it was being a usher, working in the kitchen, or dealing with customer complaints.
  • Working in the kitchen I will prepare hot foods and assembly the food line to make sure products never ran out. Also took customers orders and give out orders making sure it was fresh and ready. Closing time I would clean dishes, machines, and area of kitchen including floors and counters.
  • I would also assist in training and onboarding new employees
  • I would work in the box office selling tickets and dealing with customer complaints and at some points as well I would go and interact in the situation myself to resolve the issues. Sometimes guests can be out of hand a bit and be aggressive but I managed to use my communication skills to deal with problems like that.

  • I worked in 4 different locations and I became Crew leader at the 3rd location. My responsibilities were managing cash register transactions accurately, ensuring proper handling of cash and credit card payments. Also I collaborated with team members to achieve daily goals, maintaining excellent communication and teamwork and also improving customer satisfaction by providing efficient and friendly service during peak hours.
  • I would work the drive thru making sure the time on the drive thru was under the limit and during busy hours I would multi task by taking orders while preparing food. I handled customer complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure customers were satisfied. Trained newly hired employees on routine tasks and customer service.
  • In the end of the day or shift I would maintained restaurant cleanliness through regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
