Night Duties: countdown all tills, re-check impress/safe, make deposit, zone/clean store, vacuum, take out all outside trash and inside trash,
Every Week Duties: shelf reset/planograms, check and straighten seasonal isle, make signs as needed in seasonal, make signs and put out new circular add every week,
unload and put out truck to the salesfloor, process RFC/damages/product withdraws,
Store Management Duties: attending conference calls, helping out other stores with inventory, controlling payroll, hiring and terminate colleagues, acknowledging MTD/YTD P&L report,
acknowledging MTD category sales report, embracing positive moral with colleagues to bring in good customer service, training colleague to there best, making displays like endcaps and powerwings,
setting up seasonal by corporate mapping plan, partnering up with the pharmacy manager for any aid that they need, making great relationship with outside vendors and control on what there ordering,
having great customer service with all customers and patients for any help that they need, knowing in using all up to date electronics.
