  • Work closely with our A/R Manager to ensure that our invoices are accurate and can be quickly processed for payment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing-related issues swiftly, minimizing negative impacts on overall operations.
  • Tasked with preparing sales orders for billing, with over 7,000 invoices going out each month.
  • Conducted periodic reviews of existing processes to identify areas of potential cost savings or efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure that we recognize revenue correctly, per ASC 606, and that our other accounting practices that relate to billing and revenue are aligned with GAAP.
