Visiting, communicating and supporting field foreman on all projects making sure production and safety was track. Being the liaison between the field and the office and shop on production of shop fabrication, delivery dates and keeping projects under budget. Was responsible in interviewing new foreman and field employees as well as lay offs and terminations. Also communicating with union business agents calling in start and finishing of projects and for man power when needed.
