• As the user's representative, managed current and emerging requirements for the entire AH-64 fleet of 772 aircraft across all U.S Army components - Regular Army, National Guard, and the Army Reserves.
• Responsible for ensuring the platform's safety, lethality, survivability, and functionality remain current and relevant while anticipating all future requirements.
• Secured Aviation Branch and Defense Department funding for the AH-64 Apache that increased accuracy and lethality for the 30mm chain gun, a helmet-mounted display, and the enhanced tail rotor blade and drive shaft.
• Developed low-cost requirements for the replacement of the Army's Hydra I Rocket.
• Managed the continued development, approval, and publication of the AH-64 modernization and lethality strategy.

• Led, managed, resourced, and mentored over 110 military, 6 Army Civilians, and over 35 contractor personnel organized across six warfighting function cohorts and four brigade teams during a host of Warfighter Training Exercises.
• Served as the lead aviation trainer and mentor for all Combat Aviation Brigades and their subordinate organizations; greatly improving their operational effectiveness and battlefield viability.

• Battalion Commander for the Army's only Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) training organization that trains IET, MOS-T, functional training, and sister services for 15W operators, 15E maintainers, and 150U warrant officers.
• Responsible for all MQ-1C Grey Eagle, RQ-7B Shadow version 1 and 2 UAS training valued at over $418 million
• Led a cadre of over 625 personnel with an annual trainee throughput of 1400 students.

• Special Assistant on the Personal Staff of the Commanding General (CG), U.S. Army Forces Command.
• Assisted the CG in developing and implementing his strategic vision through collaboration with the command's senior staff, HQDA, combatant commands, and other services, as well as articulating his vision, priorities, and intent to diverse audiences.

Senior aviation advisor and mentor to a newly created Saudi Arabian National Guard helicopter assault battalion.
