Managed comprehensive operations of a major spares warehouse supporting 65-120 offshore deepwater and harsh environment drilling rigs, encompassing inventory oversight, procurement, logistics, and compliance with TSA enforced Foreign-Trade-Zone regulations. Handled all procurement functions for the facility utilizing SAP and Oracle systems, ensuring timely and efficient procurement of necessary materials and supplies. Administered major spare asset capitalization, transfer, retirement, and disposal, ensuring accurate asset reconciliation and compliance with regulatory requirements. Analyzed overstock inventory for all drilling rigs in the Gulf of Mexico, identifying opportunities for utilization and redistribution within the fleet. Controlled the inventory of spare drill collar and drill pipe for all rigs operating in Gulf of Mexico to ensure sufficient spares were in stock and in ideal operating condition in order to maintain offshore operations and avoid down time.
