- Ultrasonic knife operator which entailed loading programs to cut composite wing skins and collate sets to be distributed to build areas in clean side of factory.
- Formerly, worked as post cure operator in debagging wing components and demolding them for next process. Also, washed hats and stringers (internal wing structures). Preparing them for finished goods.
- Finished goods associate: Confirmed that internal wing structures were complete or finished last steps of completion, prior to paint or bonding application. Involves electronic buyoff and document travel completion in computer.

- Managed successfully as team lead, several interior closet and lavatory based programs, through first article inspections with customers present. Ran these lines for up to 14 months of plumbing, light installation, handles, hangers and placard installation. All programs averaged anywhere from 97.5-99% FPQ.
- Involved frequently Kaizen events (twice as leader) for assembly improvement projects.
- Prior hands on assembly operator ,involving KanBan setups, electrical assembly and testing, cutting inboard and outboard trim to length with chop saw. fastening components, inside and outside lavatory builds. Some sandblasting of details prior to finish paint.
