• Designed and implemented system architectures for cellular communication systems used in classified systems with Title 18, EAR, and/ or ITAR Restrictions as Chief Systems Engineer.
• This required development of System Requirements in DOORS (IBM Requirements Management) Leading to the System Requirements Review (SRR).
• Implementation of the Architecture required progressing to System Design Review (SDR) followed by Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR).
• Completion of tasks end in New Product Introduction (NPI) phase which allows the production at scale of products for government and federal law enforcement customers. This involves managing contract manufacturers.
• Product development has included multiple generations of vehicular transceivers used as cell-site simulators and accessories such as power amplifiers and direction finding antennas.

• Designed and implemented electrical systems for communication devices, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Led cross-functional teams in troubleshooting complex electrical issues, enhancing system reliability.
• Developed and executed testing protocols to validate performance of electronic components and systems.

Designed development Circuit Card Assemblies to aid customers in adopting our 802.11 Wireless Lan (WLAN) Integrated Circuits(IC's).

• Designed , implemented and installed electrical systems for automatic locomotive control on a Iron Ore of Canada mine in Labrador City Canada
• Implemented and installed an electronics safety system (positive train control) on the the rail from Labrador City to Sept-Isle.
