Proficient Building/Property Engineer with 3 years of experience. Knowledgeable in building operations and system maintenance. Skilled in overseeing property staff, ensuring all building maintenance and upgrades are completed on time and within budget.

Proficient Project Engineer with 3 years of experience driving over 3 projects to completion. With basic knowledge in Autodesk Revit MEP. Skilled in project QA/QC ensuring all deliverables are following the codes and up to the developer's standards and are completed according to approved specifications. Skilled in coordination with the project management, general contractor, and subcontractors. Spearheads the system start-up and testing and commissioning of all equipments, ensuring all systems are functioning and are according to approved specifications.
