As a kid, I was a Mommy's Helper. I helped take care of their kids while they were still home. I took care of people's homes while they were on vacation. In high-school, I volunteered at the local MOPS group where I took care of the moms' kids for a couple hours. As an adult, I was primarily at the Massad YMCA in Virginia. While I worked there, it ranged from swim instructor, and childcare worker to Aquatics Coordinator and CPR Instructor. I also volunteered at several events like Rock the 4th and Turkey Trot. I truly believe I made a positive impact on our community. I look forward having the opportunity to work at the Liberty Center YMCA.
