I oversee a team of 11 sales reps and manage 20M in annul revenue. I am responsible for over 700 accounts that include c-stores, grocery, concert venues, restaurants, and universities.
I currently negotiate contracts for over 100 stores which include 2 convenience store chains and 15 independent grocery stores. After the contracts are finalized, we develop a planogram and execute the resets.
I hold bi-weekly sales meetings to review volume, revenue, and distribution with my team.

I managed a team of 8 merchandisers to ensure proper service to our largest customers. In this role I was responsible for controlling labor cost and hiring for our entry level positions.
I was also responsible for the launching and tracking of our innovation items. I created go to market strategies and incentives for our sales reps.
In this role I managed 100 accounts which include c-stores, food service, grocery, and hospitals. I met with the customers weekly and built great relationships. I was responsible for selling, innovation, and maintaining standards. I also reached out and acquired new businesses in my territory.
