A results-driven professional with a dynamic professional background spanning roles from PR Coordinator to my current position as Account Director at Chapter 2 Agency.   • Being a thoughtful and empowering leader by managing and mentoring a junior team of 5, driving client goals and KPIs in partnership with the agency co-founders.
  • Actively develop company culture alongside agency co-founders, improve team morale, manage work capacity, and establish and evolve departmental processes, including client and event workbooks, sample inventory and VIP placement tracking, contact updating, press, VIP and events pitching, and more.
  • Build cohesive, strategic, and impactful PR and VIP campaigns; oversee assigned clients' and accounts' day-to-day account management. Serve as the primary contact for clients while building a trusting and meaningful relationship with them with PR campaigns accumulating up to 4 billion press impressions and VIP campaign press impressions accumulating up to 2 billion.
  • Managed 8 fashion accounts in 2022 and 7 fashion accounts in 2023.
  • Work with junior team to develop long-term plans, insights, and strategies for clients, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their brand, industry, vision, and goals.
  • Initiate new, creative pitches and brand-building opportunities by executing active communication, pitching, and VIP media alert distribution to secure online, print, and broadcast media.
  • Communicate daily with relevant teams to secure top-level VIP opportunities that embody the specific brand voice and VIP goals.
  • Work with and lead multi-city teams to organize, staff, produce, and promote activations/events from concept to execution, interviews, press previews, editor meetings, and showroom appointments.
