As a young account executive/ producer in a volatile Florida insurance marketplace, I was given the opportunity to be mentored by two different high level executives that pushed me to be better daily. From studying the insurance marketplace and becoming an expert in specialized classes of business such as construction and real estate. I was thoroughly tested on new business, marketing strategies, large negotiations on projects exceeding $1M in premium, and lastly obtaining tailored coverages protecting our clients in a very litigious state.
