Bryce Beckel

Director of wind band and orchestra classes. Chief director of the Warrior Marching Band & Color Guard parade band. Ensembles continually receive superior and unanimous superior ratings. Ensembles have performed across California and internationally. Lead collaborative department meetings to ensure the needs of all arts classes are met (and exceeded).

Director of two wind bands, two chorus classes and reestablished the school's orchestra program. Named Curriculum Lead of the Elective Department for the 2021-2022 school year leading that largest coalition of teachers on campus.

Drum major and marching band adjudicator. Membership chair since summer of 2025.

Lead music and marching band rehearsals for the Royal and Cadet Regiments. Student ages range from 12 to 18.

Design, develop, and implement marching, mace and conducting technique to be implemented for the fall and winter competitive marching band seasons. Increased the programs marching scores by 8.7 points from the 2018 and 2019 fall marching seasons. Produced the school's first field conducting champion.

Worked with classroom teacher to learn about current standards and best practices. Provided group teaching in a classroom setting, as well as individual student support. Created new lesson plans based on course objectives.
