Organizer of weekly to bi-weekly D&D games as DM

I am the DM for a group of five players which requires me to organize and repair a 3-4 hour session of complex social and physical problems for the group to solve once a week (sometimes once every two weeks). This has increased my communication, time management and problem solving skills as the diversity of the game as a DM poses constant challenges for me to keep my players entertained.
