Responsible for safety culture by following protocols and procedures for safe operation of company equipment (Hot work permits, confined space permits, lockout tagout.)

Load and unload grain trucks and Railcars

Operate railcar mover, skidsteer, and payloader

Operate PLC to bin and transfer grain ensuring commodity’s are placed in the correct location.

Preform basic troubleshooting and maintenance, along with strict adherence to preventative maintenance plan.

Responsible for following all Plant Policies, Safety Policies and Procedures.

Use of PC skills such as MS office, excel, word, email, SAP, and Wonderware to control plant systems.

Perform sanitation job requirements in accordance with company policies.

Load and unload grain trucks and railcars.

Operation of a variety of equipment associated with day to day operation of a grain handling facility

Perform barley grading and lab quality practices.

Metal Handling: Operate and maintain Striko Westofen aluminum meltdown and holding furnaces.

Transfer aluminum via ladle on forklift to holding furnaces.

Preforming alloy changes in holding furnaces.

Unloading aluminum ingots and loading scrap onto incoming and out going trailers via forklift.

Tooling: Preform maintenance on die cast tooling.

Operate overhead crane to move tools.

Operate CNC mills and lathes.
