As the production supervisor my roles change daily, the objective is always safety first and quality product being produced, that being said, I know all the roles in the warehouse, running the bagger machine, 20+ years forklifting experience, skid steer operator, the quality aspect of production, my background in logistics and, shipping and, receiving helps with know how the product needs to be all the way to the customer, I also have a knowledge of various hand tools, power tools and welding and, can use them to correct issues that may arise. I work very well with others. I have great team building skills and, have a great motivational way with others. I’ve been in most every role in our Ogden facility. I am very reliable and, always do whatever it takes to complete a task and, I’m always up for new challenges.

As my role as the Plant manager of a tire recycling facility, my duties included but not limited to; having to set up a new safety culture, manage a budget, track inventory, manage employees production as well as their personal safety, maintaining a quality product, and the general over sight of the entire facility. On the administration level I took on the roles of Human resources at our facility, I was also responsible for the training the new employees. Tracking and making detailed reports to accurately know whats coming inbound/outbound products. I would deal with customers and vendors and build a great rapport with them.

I ran a small business, were I bought and sold the contents of storage units for consignment online. I had deadlines to meet and , various establishments, storage facilities and, people

My day to day duties varied from team building, training new employees, loading and. Unloading trailers filled with various products. Operating forklift, stand up reach trucks, and more. I worked with drivers to ensure a load would ship with the highest of quality. Also being very reliable and, can always get the job done
