As a Non Commissioned Officer, I am a vital leader responsible for the training, discipline, welfare, and professional development of enlisted soldiers. NCOs uphold military standards, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive mission preparedness through direct leadership and tactical oversight. Acting as the bridge between enlisted soldiers and commissioned officers, they mentor subordinates, maintain discipline, and promote teamwork within their units. They are also responsible for administrative tasks, conducting evaluations, and are trusted for their technical knowledge and leadership in both garrison and operational settings.
