Volunteering with Civic Engagement has taught so much from learning about different people's backgrounds and perspectives. Being able to travel to Washington and meet with members of Congress and learn lessons from them has been most rewarding. Collaboration is key, no workplace can function without a leader and people working together and I would fill both of those roles.
