Scoring a 478 on the paraprofessional assessment, I feel as if I am very qualified to venture into many careers under the umbrella that is youth development. It is my personal to be a fun, trustworthy & dependable mentor the youth, or really anyone for that matter. I strive to be a person others can depend on in times of need, whether it be emotional support or distress, or just needing someone to talk to for a laugh or quick conversation. I firmly believe in bettering the youth, so they can learn about the world around them, avoid making costly mistakes, make a positive impact in their own & others lives, & do it all while having a good time. I am very attentive of others & try my best to remember niche details to assure them that somebody is actually listening & cares about their lives.
