Bryce Trischler

• My first real job was with UPMC Sherwood Oaks when I had just turned 16 years old. I worked primarily as a dishwasher and cleaned up the kitchen each night. As a 16-year-old, I learned many skills while working at UPMC. Skills like time management, work ethic, flexibility, and many more.

I worked at The Chadwick, a wedding and events venue over the Summer of 2024. I mostly worked in maintenance, where I was tasked with fixing things around the venue and also cleaning. During the summer, I also helped with setting up rooms in the venue where we were tasked with creating the room to the client's liking. Throughout the summer, I learned many different skills when being a part of the maintenance crew, and while working with the clients too.
