At FedEx Office as a Full time store consultant, I have to have experience in customer service. As well as: meeting, greeting, and helping people navigating their way through the store. I have developed tailored printing solutions to meet diverse client needs and enhance customer satisfaction. I also am able to ship out packages for customers during busy rush times. I Assist in managing inventory levels, optimizing supply chain efficiency for print materials. Which also includes Maintaining, organizing, making sales and productions for our store. I also am able to efficiently complete E-Commerce Orders.
