As a lifeguard, what we are most focused on is the safety of our patrons. Some main responsibilities we have are monitoring pool activities to ensure safety and compliance with regulations, conducting regular inspections of water quality and facility equipment for operational efficiency, and responding promptly to emergencies, providing first aid and rescue support as needed. On top of that we run swim lessons on a weekly basis from ages 4-17 and work community events hosted at the water park!
As guest services, our primary focus was the satisfaction of our guests! We were the first faces they saw when they entered our facility so having a smile on our face and a positive attitude was a priority for us! Something else that was very much emphasized was the comfortability of our guests. As a spa attendant, we were in charge of getting our guests beverages, foot baths, robes, and directing them to the appropriate area!
As a sales associate at Swanky, we assisted guests with product selection and tried to enhance their shopping experience as well as we could! We also handled transactions, maintained our store, recorded inventory, and ran deliveries! Another thing I had the opportunity of doing was collecting content for social media alongside others!
