Summary
I consider myself to be a coordinator and motivator. The best coach is able to find the best combination of hard workers who can learn "No I in Team" and more importantly "Service over Self". The most profound teammate I ever had was Natalie Elkins Shumway. My first introduction to volleyball was a camp hosted by Saint Johns High School. I've been an Elk and a Lobo, but I'd love to say "Go Redskins!"
