Brylee Martin
I am currently a sophomore in college at Northwest Missouri State University studying elementary education! I am very passionate about children, and helping them become who they are meant to be! I strive to be a safe place for children, while also keeping a structured schedule. I have worked in childcare for over a year now and I adore the children. I have learned many key skills for both the children's needs, as well as upholding state expectations. I have also learned crucial communicating skills with both parents and my co workers.

- I own my own baking business named Brylee Ann Baking Co where I bake many cookies and treats for my wide range of customers.
Daycare Teacher
1 Year 4 MonthsAs a teacher at Talented Tots during my summers off, I spent most of my time in the infant rooms. This summer I spent most of the time in the 3-6 month olds and 1-year-olds. I have worked with every age, and love each age equally! I strongly believe in redirection with children and structure is an important aspect to incorporate while caring for young children.
