- Lead new hire onboarding including I-9 verification, background checks, benefits enrollment, and orientation scheduling.

- Administer benefits and support policy compliance with FMLA, ADA, and labor laws.
- Process weekly payroll for 235 employees using Harpers Payroll and WebTime; audit timesheets and reconcile payroll reports.
- Prepare and file W-2s, W-4s, and payroll tax documentation for year-end reporting.
- Support accounts payable: invoice entry, vendor payments, and 1099 tracking.
