- Through this position I have gained insight into all aspects of recovery, analytics, and teamwork that culminate into producing a national championship level program. I have worked closely with student athletes, coaches, and other faculty alike. I interact with student-athletes daily and apply my plethora of skills to position them to feel their best.
- Daily, I evaluate injuries sustained during practice, weight training, and everyday activities and recommend the proper recovery modalities. I have been collectively administering hundreds of recovery sessions a year, including physician-assisted stretching, cryotherapy, massages, and more. My love for weightlifting and my understanding of the muscle recovery process enabled me to actively and effectively help each athlete reach their best.
- This year I have been lucky enough to run the social media presence for the lab. I have been able to amass over 30,000 unique profile visitors.
