  • Hired to build out and own Experienced (non-campus) hires division for entire US & Canada divisions including: Life Sciences, Consumer Goods & Retail, Financial Services, Software Internet & Media, B2B, etc. as well as Central Functions (which includes Accounting, HR, Recruiting, Marketing and IT)
  • Hired as the first member of a 5-person recruiting team to build, manage & own Experienced/Lateral Hiring for the US & Canada, which entailed building & creating processes to efficiently source, attract, interview & hire senior level candidates (the other 5 members handled Campus Recruiting exclusively)
  • Hired 54 FTE (average of 4.5 hires/month) in 2021 (first full year at SKP) which was highest number of experienced hires to date
  • Developed and refined recruiting processes and procedures such as 'intake form' for information gathered every time there is a new requisition
